Large-scale industrial energy storage systems play a crucial role in various applications, including load management, power system recovery capability, backup power/UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), energy time-shift (arbitrage), and emergency power supply. These systems help to ensure grid stability, improve reliability, and optimize the use of renewable energy sources.

    Container Series

The Cabinet Series for indoor and outdoor C/I energy storage systems help reduce peak energy costs from equipment and operations. Power and capacity range from 30kW/50kWh to 90kW/150kWh. These solutions are modular and expandable to meet larger energy storage requirements.

The Container Series are outdoor containerized energy storage systems for utility grid tie or C/I behind the meter applications. They are available in 10ft, 20ft, and 40ft configurations. Power and capacity range from 150kW/150kWh up to 1.5MW/ 2.2MWh. You can combine multiple units for even more capacity.

Here's an overview of each application:

Emergency Power Supply: In emergency situations, such as natural disasters or grid failures, energy storage systems can provide immediate power supply. These systems can be deployed in critical facilities, hospitals, emergency response centers, or disaster-stricken areas to ensure essential services, communication, and life-saving equipment remain operational.

Power System Recovery Capability: Energy storage systems can respond rapidly to grid disturbances, such as sudden changes in load or generation. They provide quick injections of power to stabilize the grid, prevent blackouts, and support grid frequency regulation. These systems help maintain grid stability during both normal and abnormal operating conditions.

Backup Power/UPS: Industrial facilities often require a reliable backup power source to ensure uninterrupted operations during power outages. Energy storage systems serve as backup power supplies or UPS systems, providing instant power during grid failures or faults. They can bridge the gap until backup generators or other power sources come online, preventing disruptions and protecting critical processes.

Energy Time-Shift (Arbitrage): Energy storage systems enable time-shifting of energy consumption. By storing excess electricity during off-peak hours when prices are low, industrial consumers can avoid peak-demand charges and reduce their overall energy costs. The stored energy is then discharged during high-demand periods, offsetting the need to draw power from the grid.

Load Management: Energy storage systems are used to manage the fluctuations in electricity demand. During periods of low demand, excess energy is stored in the system. When demand is high, stored energy is discharged to supplement the grid, reducing strain on power generation and transmission infrastructure.

Our Large-scale industrial energy storage systems employs Lithium Iron Phosphate (LiFePO4) battery technology.

Lithium Iron Phosphate batteries provide high energy density, long cycle life, and fast response times.

The specific choice of energy storage technology depends on factors such as application requirements, power and energy capacity needs, response time, cycle life, cost, and available infrastructure.

Large-scale industrial energy storage systems provide essential benefits to the power grid, enabling efficient load management, enhanced reliability, integration of renewable energy sources, and critical backup power during emergencies.
